I have setup the Supporting Member option. If you are interested in making a donation and becoming a Supporting Member you can pay with credit card here.

The donation goes toward paying for server hosting costs and toward the annual donation to the UNI Athletic fund. Regular Supporting Membership is $50 annually and $25 for students.

On the Prowl: The Anatomy of a Winning Program

As UNI prepares for another semifinal game, the anticipation builds. That all-too-familiar sense of excitement is rising, and now everyone calling themselves a Panther fan from the most loyal to the most recently curious are trying to find a way to get to the Dome if at all possible.

It's safe to say that this program is built for longterm success. Here in 2008 very few expected UNI to be in the semifinals, with a home game no less. Nobody should even waste their time and energy screaming injustice about a system that has one overriding factor. Forget the computers, forget the human polls, forget the idea that it's all about the money. None of it makes any sense whatsoever. You would do yourself well to quit asking questions.

If it were about the human polling, there's no way anyone could legitimately put Oklahoma ahead of Texas after Texas beat Oklahoma 45-35 earlier in the season. If it were about the computer... [Read More]
