Sugguestions about the Site [Archive]

I love this site and it's great that someone has taken the time to create and maintain it. I do have one suggustion for the site. How about decreasing the # of Forums. I would look at more stuff if it were condensed. Such at the Alumni thing. Most of those have two threads in them and no replies. How about just making one forum for Alumni Functions unless demand starts to increase. I like how the sport specific ones are right now and I like the Panthers vs the rest of the state forum. I think one Panther Lounge and UNI in the News forum would be fine and the rest could go. I don't think it would hurt to maybe add a Off Topic forum. Might get others to post more. These are just suggustions.

Thanks! The forums are meant to be very specific so you can find what you are looking for easier. In normal use most members use the "New Posts" link at the top. It lists the recent posts out of all of the forums in one place.

Some of the forums actually send posts right to the homepage of the site so we have a few forums that are very similar but in one everyone can post and in the other only moderators can post because it goes straight to the homepage.

The Panther Nation Lounge is meant to be the Off Topic forum. It's description is "Discuss anything and everything here".

Hopefully this clears things up a bit. I am alway welcome to any and all suggestions/feedback. Most of the good site ideas come this way.
