2006 Alumni Cubs Game
The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.Tags: None

How about offering that game locally as a bus ride leaving from UNI? I know we would have considered going, but don't like the idea of driving all the way through Chicago by ourselves. We've been trying to get on a bus ride to a Cubs game for a couple years, but they fill up fast and you have to drive to CR or Galena or someplace to get on it.

For those going, there's great street fair on Saturday afternoon/evening a few blocks south off of Sheffield (street that runs north-south along the right field wall). If you're looking for something to do post-Wrigley and want to see how the "natives" live, so to speak, this will be a good time. PM me for details.
