    Former Ohio State University football coach Jim Tressel has signed on to be the ninth president of Youngstown State University, where he started his college coaching career.

        What does this say about the Penguin's situation in our conference? Do they stay, move to the OVC, move up to FBS? It seems to be a clear signal that football will be emphasized by the university moving forward.

          I'm guessing that NCAA sanctions will be the most likely bet.
