Panthers were in Peoria tonight taking on the Bradley Braves.
UNI struggled a bit, and the first two sets were quite close
first set was tied at 22 when UNI had a 3 point run to win it
Bradley led the second set 24-22 but UNI stormed back to take it 26-24
Panthers were able to take control of the third set and the Braves had quite a few unforced errors, with UNI finishing on an 11-1 run to win the third 25-13 and complete the sweep.
Elsewhere in the Valley, Wichita State swept at Indiana State,
SIU swept Evansville (their last match of the regular season)
Loyola beat Drake in 5
and perhaps the most interesting match of the night, MSU won the first 2 sets at Illinois State, but the Redbirds were able to fight back and win it in 5.
Going into the final night of the regular season:
UNI's side of the bracket will play the latter match on Thurs. and Fri.
So the MVC tournament schedule looks like this as of now:
Thursday 11/27 - quarterfinals
5 pm: #4 Missouri State vs. #5 [SIU or INS]
7:30 pm: #3 [WSU or UNI] vs. #6 [INS or SIU]
Friday 11/28 - semifinals
5 pm: #1 Illinois State vs. 4/5 winner
7:30 pm: #2 [UNI or WSU] vs. 3/6 winner
Saturday 11/29 - championship
4 pm: semifinal winners
I believe all matches are on ESPN3, not sure if the final will be broadcast elsewhere or not

Going into the final night of the regular season:
- Illinois State has the regular season championship and #1 seed locked up
- UNI and WSU are tied for 2nd, but since the Panthers hold the tiebreak, it would take UNI losing at Loyola and WSU pulling the upset at ILS for the Shockers to claim the #2 seed.
- MSU is locked into the #4 seed
- SIU currently has a half-match lead over Indiana State. If INS beats MSU, they would hold the tiebreak over SIU for the #5 seed, otherwise the Salukis will be 5 and the Trees will be 6
UNI's side of the bracket will play the latter match on Thurs. and Fri.
