Also, is their in-state/out-of-state tuition really a 75K difference each year? Yikes!
Undergraduate Part-time rate if taking 11 hours or less
Graduate Part-time if taking 8 hours or less
PhD and Doctorate Part-time if taking 5 hours or less

Where are you getting the difference? I used UNI's tuition and split 95% into in state vs out of state.

    From their website

    Enrollment
    Residential enrollment: over 15,000
    Online enrollment: over 94,000
    Total enrollment exceeds 110,000
    Military Students: over 30,000
    International Students: over 900

    Academic Programs
Over 545 unique programs of study (some available both residentially and online)
    354 residential programs
    210 undergraduate
    140 graduate
    4 doctoral
    271 online programs
    78 undergraduate
    166 graduate
    3 post master's
    24 doctoral
    16 colleges and schools including:
    Liberty University School of Law
    Rawlings School of Divinity
Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine

Their online program is priced different than their resident, but is $400 per hour for undergrand and then over $600 per hour for anything above that.

The majority of their online students are post graduate students getting a religious studies degree. To do the math at averaging $10,000 per year per student is probably pretty damn accurate for their online program, maybe low. To get a B.A. online at Liberty is going to cost you a minimum (120 hours) of $60,000. They hare just swimming in tuition money over there because they are built by a religious cult leader and he sucked them into his diploma mill to make money and create a larger radicalized religious population.

          That's essentially what Liberty is.

A large part of Liberty, the online part, is modeled after the University of Phoenix, but the campus part is a respectable version of what most of us would consider a normal traditional college program. It has always been their priority to have an outstanding campus program with outstanding athletics.

I might be off base some, but what Baylor and Wake Forest used to be religiously as a college, is what Liberty has tried to maintain (as best as I can tell). There are several conservative Christian colleges...Liberty is just the biggest non-Catholic or Mormon one that doesn't hide their identity (i.e.- TCU not wanting to be called Texas Christian but rather, just TCU). It's crazy to think that Baylor and Wake used to be Baptist (and maybe Methodist) affiliated.
The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.

Back to Idaho's move from FBS to FCS ...

They are now asking their powers-that-be for permission to push up to an additional $1 million per year for each of the next four years from the school into the athletic budget:

                  "Well, that escalated quickly."
