    Re: NFL Combine Results

He jumped 10'7 in broad jump. Saw video of it. It was sweet.
"...the Northern Iowa men's basketball team reached the ultimate highs before hitting a devastating low. Unexpected success, followed by unimaginable failure. And they owned it -- all of it -- for the world to see. Like men. Like leaders. Like champions -- in a way no tournament bracket could ever define."

Are you watching online? The show left the RBs to interview two QBs.

                    Re: NFL Combine Results

Unofficial 40 times for RB's are as follows:

                    Jeremy Langford (Michigan St) 4.43

                    Karlos Williams (Florida St) 4.48

                    Trey Williams (Texas A&M) 4.49

                    David Johnson (UNI) 4.50

                    Melvin Gordon (Wisconsin) 4.52

                    Javorius Allen (USC) 4.53

                    Cameron Artis-Payne (Auburn) 4.53

                    Duke Johnson (Miami) 4.55

                    Jay Ajayi (Boise St) 4.57

                    Michael Dyer (Louisville) 4.58

NFL Network showed his run a couple mins ago, said it was an OUTSTANDING time for someone of that size and that he has the best hands of RB's in the draft (or some of the best...we know it's the best). He'll run again in just a few moments.

PS: The Hawaii RB (Iosefa) who won the bench competition, ran a 5.04. That's SLOOOOOOOW for someone who wants to be in the NFL. Of course I think he's looking at a FB gig

They showed his 2nd run right before we left for the basketball game.

Just showed that DJ's unofficial broad jump would tie him for 2nd among RB's. For those counting at home, through 3 "measured" events thats:

                        Bench--25 reps (T-5th)

                        40 yd--4.50 (4th)

                        Broad Jump--10'7 (T-2nd)

                          I think he helped himself.

What do the DeMarco Murray , Le'Veon Bell, LeSean McCoy, Marshawn Lynch , Justin Forsett , Arian Foster , Eddie Lacy , Jeremy Hill, Frank Gore and Lamar Miller all ...

I still don't see him as an every down back. But I really hope he finds the right team and the right niche in order to have a successful career.
