Thread might not be working, but Beau is in the CFL. But, I think he's changed positions...to maybe quarterback or receiver???

This is the type of athlete that I wish UNI had not given any sort of second chance to...

Other than his attempt to sell *fake* drugs to young kids in high school. I'm sure his personality was fine; but offenses like this are much worse in my opinion than drinking underage, etc.

I think he's exactly the kind of kid UNI should give a second chance to. the kid made some mistakes in high school and when he was a senior at UNI, he found his niche and played well. Now it looks as if he's a responsible adult and making a living playing football. It's a good thing to give second chances. Still doesn't erase the mistake they made, but people can overcome a mistake from their youth and succeed.

Beau does not play in the CFL anymore he jus got married and might be thinkin bout AFL.... and he mos Def. wasnt bout to be a QB... he played Slot in the CFL

Umm..the guy tried selling "fake" drugs to little kids while he was an upper classmen in high school; on school grounds I believe. "Screwing up a bit" would be smoking a little something or drinking underage; selling drugs to youngsters is screwing up BIG time... While at UNI he was as cocky as they come...you'd think that a good person that "screwed up a bit" would be humbled after being arrested on felony drug charges...

My intention was not to bring up old stuff about Beau when posting the link in this thread. I probably should have looked at what all was in it before doing so. The link (if anyone read it), states that Beau was named to the American Indoor Football Association All-Star team. Congrats to Beau, as he played WR this past season.
