I have to admit Bison fans are a fun opposing fanbase, they travel well and they're obnoxious something the MVFC needs. I liked when they brought 4,000 or so fans to the Dome their first year in the conference. They were loud and all about their team, which made UNI fans turn it up a notch. We were at a 10 and they made us turn it to 11.

I would say that they may have had 2,500 fans that day, but they were definitely loud. No where near 4,000, though I don't believe. That "big fish" story just continues to grow in Fartgo.

Just like our boss tells us in our meeting.....if your goal is at one level, thats all you will ever achieve likely. (i.e. trying to get around 70% on a test or a goal for the year).

Our goal is Championships theirs is playoffs. That is why they can't succeed to their full potential because of their goals. Tsk tsk.

of course, if a Bison fan said that their goal was a national championship, many on here would chew them out and say that a better goal would be to actually make the playoffs.


And I don't recall many Panther fans talking about a NC as a goal much before the run in '05.

Not so fast there, Seabiscuit. 1985, 1987, 1992 were all clear NC pointing teams. Anyone remember One Team! One Goal!? That goal was not bringing the Bizon into the conference.
