    Re: Texas QB to transfer

We may not take in a lot of transfers and most of our stars have been home-grown but we do take them and we do make use of them when they are here. Everrette Pedescleaux is another name that was a transfer but not been thrown out as of yet who had a good career here.

And Terrell Rennie may not have been an FBS transfer, but he's a juco, something else we don't often take chances on or who become primary players for us.

Whitney Lewis may not have been a star for us but he made one of the great unsung football plays in UNI history in the UNH play-off game that was won by Montari Leonard's "the catch". Caught a first down pass with time running down and chose to immediately go to the ground rather than try and fight for another few yards and burn time. Kept time on the clock for "the catch" to occur (and may even have allowed further by having more field for Montari and Sanders to work with as the defense had that much more area to cover.

Good point Khan. That is pretty much the only play I can remember from him, and it was big. Everette...I'll admit, I almost forgot about. He had some huge blocked kicks in his day. Another name is Darren Branch. He's having a solid career here also. Nothing spectacular, but doing the job. Also, what about the Charles Johnson?
The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.
