Exactly, normally only the coat and tie is provided by the photography company. I would bet everyone already has a white dress shirt

what, you expect a business to donate (or the university to pay for) 100+ suits and ties just for a photo op?

If they are sharing four shirts, it creates an incentive to get to the photo shoot early. Especially if the room is hot.

Finally someone somewhere has listened!

The UNI Panther Football team has worked together with Palace Clothiers to outfit the team for their individual head shots. Jacket and tie, looks REALLY professional.
