I'm not sure I see the point you are trying to make. I don't see how you can link that article to our situation without using anecdotal and irrelevant info. You should tour our facilities and meet the S&C and training staff. Until we start dropping like flies with muscles tears and strains I refuse to believe any of this can be put on them. It shouldn't even be a debate, did you see video of Rohr and some of the other injuries? No strength and conditioning can prevent those

If these were muscle pulls and stains like hamstrings then maybe we could have something conditioning wise to talk about but the hyper extension and broken bones we are seeing with the likes of Rohr and Farley are just misfortune. Same with Lemaster's (is the 'm' capitalized? This escapes me at the moment) torn ACL. You can help minimize some injury through proper preparation by not overtraining and adequate warm-ups. Most of the injuries we are seeing are not preventable by those measures.

The bad news is that Farley said today that there are a couple more big ones that could be announced later this week...

    Re: Injuries

The injuries are, by far, the #1 reason for our struggles this past month. Our team is so incredibly banged up, I've honestly never seen anything like it.

We are missing starters, studs, veteran leaders ALL over the field and it has absolutely decimated our team.

Agreed. I apologize to the folks around me in Sections R and S for the too loud F-bomb I dropped after that play. I am not a guy that swears and that call brought it out of me. Loudly...
