TV listed as Cyclones.tv..... Does this mean it will be available on Mediacom?

I remember from an old article that UNI will get the greater of $400,000 or 20% of gate receipts for ISU games in 2016 & 2017. Seems like ISU has had great attendance for these games. Think the 20% will be greater than $400k?
"I think they're very good," Farley said of the preseason top 25 Hawkeyes. "But so are we."

    Lets say $50 average ticket.

    $50 x 61500= $3,075,000
    $3,075,000 x .2=

    $615,000

I think we'll come out ahead with the 20% fairly easily

Probably Mediacom but if not, I'm hoping the Roku app for Cyclones.tv has it.

How do season tickets and other packaged tickets play into the gate receipts for a particular game?

Total gate receipts would have to include every dollar in tickets for that game. Even those mini-packs and season tickets have a 'face value'...

Anybody think differently? Feel free to chime in...

The question is what is that face value for the UNI game.

Take season tickets.... Is it 1/7 the season ticket price? Does each game have a different value based on what the single game prices are for that game?

getting $600k from ISU would be awesome.

Single game face value is $70. Who knows with their mini-packs and seasons.

I stubhubbed it and got tickets at $35 in the section next to the UNI section in June...

I don't know what a mini pack cost, nor do I care to look at their mini packs, each game *should* be given equal weight for pay outs in situations like this. So if a 3 game mini pack cost $150 (pulled out of the air) each ticket cost $50.

For season tickets if the total is $350 (for easy math) the get in the door price per game for a season ticket holder is $70, even if face value for single games is $90 for one game, $55 for another, and so forth.

                    Re: Uni vs isu

Last year face value was equally weighted. I don't know if they "have" to be that way. They may have done it to reduce the amount they paid Iowa.

Also, I don't see a mini pack available yet for ISU yet this year. Even if they add one, it probably wouldn't include our game at this point.

                      Re: Uni vs isu

ISU just lost their only experienced O lineman, Jake Campos. He'll probably miss several games, if not the whole year. Their O line was a real work in progress even with him, so we'll see what happens.

A total of one start for all the available ISU lineman. For a coach that wants to have a run first offense.

This might be a toss up at this point. I would be more confident of the Panthers chances if McMakin was still playing. That's a large, unexpected hole to fill.

Single game sideline seats in the upper deck at mid-field are $65 each. $70 for the UNI section may include a UNI Ticket Office surcharge.
