Farley said yesterday that he'd consider Dunne and Pryor 'probable' for next weekend but also said he might be optimistic using that term.

    Guess we'll know Saturday night.

If I am reading this correctly, the only way to watch Saturday's game is on a phone.

Correct. It also doesn't have native casting so it's going to take using your device/TVs screen mirroring option.

I tried it with one of their other games. It works but it's like living in 2012.

I get why they do it to protect ppv revenue on the islands but they could certainly find a better partner on the mainland.

In the year 2024, 2 of our 4 nonconference games we are unable to watch on TV. That is absolutely incredible.

I was able to watch the other three. Which one are you referring?

You had to purchase a Pioneer league streaming pass just to stream the St Thomas game, and you have to do the same for the Hawaii game, of which there is not an app to directly steam to your TV.

This is INSANE in 2024. This is not 2007.

It did suck to have to pay for the Midco app for St. Thomas. But at least they had a smart TV app.

I thought Hawai'i was free. Its behind a PAYWALL to watch it on your phone? Yeah that's gonna be a no from me dog.

I don't think it is. Everything I've seen makes it sound like it's free; just have to download that app.

UNI Football posted on Facebook that the stream is free for the game.

                            Got it.

I am familiar with the Mountain West app and desktop platform but I don’t think Hawaii is on it FWIW. I think theirs is a separate thing.

UNI's athletic site points to the Mountain West app for this game:

https://unipanthers.com/sports/football/schedule (click on the video icon under the date for the game)

                                From Link:

                                For those outside Hawaii:
                                1. Download the Team1 Sports app on your phone (App Store or Google Play).
                                2. Once you open the app, scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on “Channels”.
                                3. Search for “Hawai‘i Football”.
                                4. Tap the icon that appears and then tap the broadcast to watch.

There are no streams on desktop computers or any connected TV device (such as Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, etc.).
