      Big loss.

      He was running the entire administrative side of the program while the new staff was on the road. I'm not sure there's anybody that can just step in and keep that rolling seamlessly.

        I think LM was from Ohio originally so obviously a chance to get back there and an FBS program.

            And knows the upcoming high school classes/recruits very well. Hopefully they find a good replacement for him quickly. That was a position in our football program we weren't used to having, and it really is needed moving forward.
