So I thought I would start a thread to talk about each weeks Bracketology put out. This week it looks like UNI is first team out and last week they were 4th team out. Not sure how loyola is in over UNI but it is what it is. http://www.espn.com/mens-college-bas...l/bracketology

Loyola has one less loss so he considers them the Valley auto bid...
EDIT--We're actually the last team in because he's got Boston College as the ACC auto bid because they're 1-0 in the ACC and 13 of the 15 teams haven't played a game yet. That's Horse Poop, Lunardi...#MACtion

Lets not kid ourselves. Loyola is a very good team, plus an away win against a top 5 team (Florida) certainly puts them atop the valley for now. The league will hopefully be a 2 bid league this year.Last edited by squeezebox; 12-14-2017, 03:08 PM.

Since Lunardi is an employee of St Joes, I do believe he knows the A10. I think his job is to predict what the Selection Committee will do, so I think any bias leans towards that thinking. The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.

This guy is usually pretty accurate. He has UNI as a 10 seed and Loyola as a 12:

I'm glad that he is keeping UNI in the picture. It never hurts to have the conference champ and an at-large MVC team being predicted. When both start winning conference games, then it should position them for moving up. Much, much better to be on these lists, even as "last 4 out," than not being mentioned at all.
