First game that has mattered in a while. New season starts now.
If computers ruled college basketball the way they do football, we'd have skipped all this March Madness monotony and just waited a month for the Kansas-Kentucky title game. And watched Northern Iowa play Cornell in the Poulan Weedeater Bowl. ~ Dwight Perry The Seattle Times

Here’s to not playing terrible basketball in 2019. Maybe the change in calendar will be a good thing.

Hopefully the Valley stinks. Uni has nobody that can play in post, nobody that can dribble drive, and nobody that can create their own shot, unless you count launching bombs as creating.

              Head: Bradley by 15.
Heart: UNI by 1 on a buzzer beater.

Thanks. That was really helpful the first 32 times you said it. Maybe find a different tune instead of the same record. We've all heard it.

Wow is Bradley that bad? I didn't figure there would be many road games we're favored in. If I'd bet money I'd bet on Bradley for the win

Dragon... UNI at +7.5... means Bradley is favored

Also heard the same b.s. a hundred times on here from people thinking uni isn’t as bad as they look. That is complete crap to the highest degree.

My opinion of Grand Canyon & Stony Brook (even without their high scorer) was that they were both very well coached and had high competitive talent for the MVC. We could not beat them at home. We would not beat them on the road. What say the rest of you that saw them?

Hopefully there are weaker teams in the Valley that we have a chance with. Something will HAVE to change to win anything on the road. Remember how our previous offenses were blocked by the detailed scouting last season, even though we could score in the non-con?

The only thing that put me in a better mood over the holiday was checking out Wichita State's record. That won't get Greggg the UCLA job.
