Any time now AJ get's his shooting rhythm and becomes the most hated player in the conference. The team is doing better at passing and driving to the bucket. Those should force defenders to give him a little space. We haven't given much reason to not pressure the 3pt line like crazy.

Game day, let's go! UNI 68 Sycamores 55

Want to point out that we've played every valley game competitively so far. That's without Phyfe, a recovering Pickford, injured Biggie, and now no Wentzien. I still believe next year's team will be really good.

Just a reminder, too. $1 hot dogs tonight.
"...the Northern Iowa men's basketball team reached the ultimate highs before hitting a devastating low. Unexpected success, followed by unimaginable failure. And they owned it -- all of it -- for the world to see. Like men. Like leaders. Like champions -- in a way no tournament bracket could ever define."

Big surprise... technical difficulties on the ESPN stream.

Noticing that too. Just FYI, Hulu has been picking up UNI and Drake ESPN+ games in DSM and airing them as part of normal programming. I assume the same is true in Eastern Iowa as well.

As core cutter, I’m not overly impressed with Hulu, but this is a nice bonus.

Dahl continues to bring a boost to the team when he steps on the court

Rima seems stumped by all these fouls... could be big trouble with only 8 guys.
