Our last 4 games were decided by 1 point or in overtime. Let's not get ahead of ourselves thinking this team is head and shoulders above the rest of the league. We've been fortunate lately and although I think we're one of the best teams in the Valley there's a lot of season left and anything can happen (as we saw yesterday).

Jesus, people are talking about playing on Thursday already? We’re in second place in a competitive league. Everyone is going to lose games. Including Loyola. They’ve only played the bottom half of the league. They have 13 games left, eight of which are against the top half, and four of those are away games. We get everyone healthy, and we are going to be playing for first soon.

TBF we also have a very backloaded schedule. The second half of the league season will feature no Valpo or Evansville, a trip to DSM and two games against Loyola. Not to mention away games against both ISUs and a home game against Mo State. Home vs Indy St, Valpo and UE are theoretically the easiest league games on our schedule and all are behind us.

          Exactly this.

I mean, come on. If you're expecting us to go 3-8 from here, you're looking to be negative.

And, honestly, with the separation we're already seeing it might have to be 2-9 to even get into a Thursday possibility.

So has it been discussed? When did AJ first have symptoms? And positive test?
Is he eligible for Saturday vs Drake?

              From Jake's show last night...

Test was taken on Monday, they got results as they were getting ready to leave Tuesday, asymptomatic, assuming he stays asymptomatic he can play Saturday but may have to wear a mask. They won't have the final answer until Saturday morning and they'll prepare as if he won't play.

Amen! You'd think we've been winning by 20 pernts each game, and we're squeaking by on the skin of our teeth.

Oh, ok Farley and Harris. You have them losing even before they get off the bus for a game.

You and the parrots on here who decry Farley, yet think that the MDH is infallible, are falling prey to the phenomenon whereby one feels that he/she is getting a better product by spending more money.

The comparison between the successes of Farley and the Hoodwinker versus their pay differentials is PERFECT proof of it.

May have to wear a mask!? Has any player worn a mask during a game this year? I haven't seen it.

I don't care if he has to ball in a hazmat suit, so long as he can play.

                        Per Cole Bair :

Source confirms that AJ Green will play tomorrow night vs. Drake.
                        Panthers-Bulldogs tips at 5 tomorrow.

That’s fair. It’s going to be a dog fight for those top two spots. But my original point stands that it is ludicrous to be thinking that we are a Thursday team this year. It’s more likely that we will win the league than play on Thursday.

Hacksaw gives us a 3% chance to play on Thursday and a 29% chance to finish in the top 2 (55% in the top 3) but it's definitely time to panic about Thursday.

The top 4 have pretty much already separated themselves just like we knew they would.
