11 out of 23 for free throws. Ouch. Free throws have been as issue all season.

This was a great win. Missing all the free throws is what almost lost the game. Foul trouble was not going to be good if overtime was needed.

Losing for most of the game but not when it counted, love to see it.

Great, great win, but sad to see Finley diminished. She's had a lot of big games for us.

The three newcomers for us, Wharton, Goebel and Heittola have all helped a lot. Goebel's defensive skill set is something else, and she's only going to get better.

Sadly, Kam is pretty banged up. My biggest surprise has been Morgan. She rarely got much playing time before this year.

Ladies pulled out the victory over Evansville on the road 73 to 68. Aces were shooting 48% from 3 point range. We struggled in the 3rd and only scored 10 points in that quarter. Victory keeps UNI in 1st place in the conference.

It did not look good for a very long part of the game. Just not a good day, but the mark of a good team is to win on the bad days. I really don't care for what appears to be a redecorated high school gym the Aces call home.

According to the box score, they only had about 350 people in attendance at the on-campus facility where the women play. The men play in the Ford Center, a city-owned arena downtown that holds about 10,000.

Maybe logic says it is better to fill a small facility on campus than an empty arena off campus. It just doesn't appeal to me. Perhaps the answer is for the Aces to put a better product on the court--both men and women.

Nice dominating win 89 to 58 over Valpo. Great chance for the bench to see alot of action. Hot start for Boffeli tonight scoring the first 10 points for the team including 2 three pointers.

Great game tonight. It appeared as no Panther had a bad night. Playing time very spread out and that should bode well for Saturday in Chicago.
