Anyone know the latest on Grace Boffeli? I see she still is on the bench with left arm in a sling. Actually, we got off to a good start against the Cyclones. Open shots not falling are hurting. -

Boffeli not in the lineup for the Creighton game; Goebel getting the start (great that she's available). I'd have guessed Heittola, considering how physical Creighton can be, though I'd sure think Heittola will get at least her regular minutes. Always a tough game in Omaha, even more so today.
ETA - down 32-15 at the end of the 1st, ouch.
Fun fact: Shateah Wetering and Creighton's Lauren Jensen were teammates at Iowa when both were freshmen in the '20-'21 season.

Clunky game, could be the 10 AM start for our first road game having something to do with it. I looked on their page, they were 26-9 last season, beating Belmont in the WNIT 101-86. We have some veteran players looking lost offensively.Leave a comment:
