This is a bit of an over reaction. We came in pretty late on this guy and we don't know how long Omaha has been on him. Also, I think it would be hard to recruit a big man with the uncertainty of Phyfe, can't guarantee them playing time without knowing...

He was a 3 star recruit coming out of high school with some pretty good offers, including a few P6 schools....

Their back up big man is also transferring. If Austin doesn't return, getting a 6-11 265 lbs transfer couldn't hurt. To be fair, I know nothing about his game so just being a little bit of the devils advocate....

Doing some quick math, roughly the same percentage (~55%) would still be from the power 6, but would lead to a lot more deserving mid-major teams getting in. Plus a bonus, it would shut all the "it should be the 64 best teams" people up....

I agree with Trae and even Isaiah Brown made a comment. The one thing that gets me is the hype around Uguak. I have never gone into a game against Loyola and been thinking, oh great we have to play against Uguak....

Just looked at the latest ESPN bracket and Loyola is the first team out. They have a NET of 31 (of course they would drop out of the top 30, which would be a quad 1 win at home), but Rutgers is in with a net of 83. Why have the NET if it doesn't mean...

Look at it this way, anyone that was in college last year now has 6 years to play 5 seasons instead of the normal 5 years to play 4 seasons....
