I am looking for 2-4 tickets for the Iowa State game. Just looked on ISUs site and there aren't any tickets left that have two in a row.

Re: Need tickets for ISU game
If you are a UNI season ticket holder, you could purchase seats in the visitor section for the ISU game. But they have sent the back to ISU now.Originally posted by jegbomb52 View Postdoes the ticket office have tickets for this game? It's about time we make the McLeod LOUD!

If you are expecting to tailgate at Nebraska, you will be disappointed. The tailgating scene there is nothing compared to their football tradition.Originally posted by lakesbison View PostWe are debating on stopping at Wyoming at Nebraska or UNI at ISU.......hmmm decisions. Will they be any hardcore UNI tailgating?
If you're looking for a real party, head to Ames.

Originally posted by cydave View PostIt will tie the record, along with the Kansas St game last year, at 56,800. That is our official maximum capacity.
The attendance record seems very arbitrary (not an actual head count). For instance, I don't think the K-State game was really the largest because there had to be several hundred no-shows because they chickened out due to the weather. Whether the UNI/ISU game sets a record may be dependent on how many the AD declares were there. I could see ISU setting a new record for three consecutive home games (56,801 for UNI, 56,802 for Iowa, and 56,803 for Texas). My guess is that they will save the record for the Texas game so that they can get the benefit of making a big media deal of it for the week before the game and during the national TV broadcast. However, because of the local interest, I could see the UNI game actually having more people at it. Further, I have to think that having the game on Thursday night will keep at least a few hundred people from being able to come.
