UNI Football photo - help

This is random, but does anyone happen to have a copy of the photo of Johnny Gray (I believe) standing in the UNI Dome with the photoshopped lightning behind him? I believe it came out around 2007. I used to have it as the desktop on my computer and wanted to use it again, but I cannot find it online anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
