West side of the Fargodome. Most of the spots are reserved, the rest are GA and you better be in line about 7or 8 hours prior to kickoff or you won't get a spot.

The easiest route for visiting fans is to park on the east side and walk over to the west side. Bring a small cooler/backpack of your favorite beverage and maybe something to throw on a grill to give the impression that you're not trying to mooch off everyone else. There is an entrance on the west side in addition to the main (east) entrance, but the visitor section is on the west side (north end) so just enter on that side if you're tailgating.
Biggest rule to remember is all alcohol (including beer) must be in a cup. There's a decent police presence and they're not afraid to give out citations.
Usually about a dozen minors, etc given out each week.

The tailgates are right next to the JC Penney entrance.
