  • At Illinois State 12pm Kickoff

Another critical game. Need at least three of the next four, but we need the mentality to win out.

Win out (who knows how likely that is given past performance) and possibly one of the last seeds?

Win all other than NDSU, and I think we are probably in.

The Weber State game is looking more like a bad loss each game. (Even though Massey has them as a top 25 team). SDSU is the opposite of a style points win, whatever that would be called.

      Dear UNI Football,

Please don't crush my genuine excitement that I have for the program after the North Dakota game.

Panther Nation - First, congratulations on an impressive win against UND!

For those traveling to Normal for this Saturday's game, I'd like to extend an invite to everyone to tailgate with my group before the game. Full disclosure - I'm a Redbird fan and ISU grad but my daughter is a HS senior and her final college choices are down to UNI and ISU (my wife and I will be ecstatic with either choice, UNI is fantastic) so we having a tailgate themed around this and UNI fans are our favorite fans in the league to hang out with in St. Louis so we'd love to have you join us for the tailgate. We're encouraging people to bring food popular in Cedar Falls/Iowa (or yellow or purple food) or Bloomington/Normal (or red or white food).

Our tailgate is called CindyGate, and its located in a large grassy area directly on the Southeast side of CEFCU Arena directly facing College Ave at the south end of lot F62. We typically have between 50-75 people at our tailgate. We'll begin tailgating around 8:00 until we start tearing things down about 45 minutes before kickoff. We hope to see you there and safe travels!

That loss to Weber State boxed us into a corner. Now, we need a hard earned road win today or handle the assclowns on Senior Day. It's simple a loss today and we must win out. If we would have pulled our head out of our a$$ early then this game would not be for all the marbles. I hate to put it all on today, but we're running out of options.

Agreed.....Weber St. was a bad loss and our wins over Idaho St. and Indiana St. dont really help our strength of schedule. Stealing a line from Dave Kaplan .....Get up, grab a cup of coffee, and find a way to win a football game.

Terry Allen on the broadcast with JW. Sounds like Petey is under the weather (get well soon!).

APH really showed how strong he is on that TD run. Just leg drove 2 guys over the goal line. That's 225 lb coming behind those pads.

Was going to say the same thing. What a beautiful drive all around capping it off with that TD.

I'm curious what prompted the uniform number change for APH.
If he requested it or if the coaches requested it or what.
There is a freshman WR listed at #5 on the roster, but perhaps he is redshirting or not on the travel squad (or perhaps he changed his number too).

Would have liked a replay on the pass break up by Woo.

Looked like that could have been a pick.

                          APH is a hammer.

This is a starkly different UNI team than at the beginning of the season.
