WOOO HOOOO SPORTS!!
Good guest, TC. I'll try to tune in. -
That's a good guest...
Good get TC. I think you need more UNI linked guests and I'm happy to see this one! Thanks for trying to put more purple into your show."10% of life is what happens to you, 90% is how you react to what happens."Comment

Give me More Purple on Sports Wrap!
I agree. I work in the Des Moines metro are and I tune into Sports Wrap on my way home. It disappoints me when I don't hear enough information and talk about the Panthers. UNI is the main reason I tune listen to a radio staion that is two hours away. It's okay to sprinkle in a little Cyclone, Hawkeyes and local Blackhawks, Waterloo Bucks ands High School....but give me more of "Panthers Sports"Comment

I agree. I too live in Des Moines and if I am out and about during the 2-4 or 5-6PM time range, I tune into KCNZ instead of the local stuff. Keep the UNI stuff rolling.
What did Coach Klingsborn have to say?
Also, did you ask about his daughter who is one of the top volleyball players in the midwest/country?! Send her down this way!!!The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.Comment

I finally got ahold of him at the end of the show (he actually called in at 5:50) and had him on for a few minutes. We talked a little bit about Crawford and Coleman and he talked a lot about their unselfishness on the court. He also called them two of the best passers that he has ever had, regardless of position. We talked about Kwadzo Ahelegbe at the point guard position. He sounds like a very strong player, that still needs to work a bit on his shooting and athleticism, but sounds like a great defender. Not a whole lot of time, but it was good to talk to him. I'm sure we'll have him on again sometime when he has more time.Comment
