  • Atila Santos=Jaw Dropping

He might have been the most thrilling player on the court, but the distinction of making the game's most jaw-dropping plays goes to Northern Iowa's Atila Santos. On numerous occasions in the second half, he rolled off screens, received the ball on the block, and threw down thunderous dunks on any helpless soul given the unenviable job of guarding him.

Good to see Atila is progressing well.
The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.

I know his upper body is "manchild" -esque now...but it sounds as though he's been working on some footwork too! As Coach Skarich used to say, "footwork is the key to a good post-player!"

Before you wonder "Am I doing things right," ask "Am I doing the right things?"

        Prime Time League

Where can you find the stats for the Prime Time League? The old PTL website (http://primetimeleague.com/) is not being updated so I'm not sure where to go to find out how our guys are doing.

Great Coach Skarich reference. Also, remember: 'The cutters are not cutting and the rovers and not roving.'
True story: When Coach Eldon Miller was told that Charles Shackleford referred to himself as 'amphibeous' due to his ability to use either hand, Coach Miller replied: "Knowing Charles, he probably is amphibeous."
