Why is that odd? Maybe he or his staff have followed us. He is a college bball fan and we were the mid-major to watch for a good chunk of the season. Plus he campaigned in Iowa and CF like a million times. Probably knows about the panthers.

It seems odd because every other team on that bracket is by their school name and not mascot.

I had UNI winning 68-54. Now with Obama's bad karma, one three pointer will rim out and we win only 65-54.

I had UNI winning 68-54. Now with Obama's bad karma, one three pointer will rim out and we win only 65-54.

I really can't believe that the game is going to be so low scoring. We play a fast paced offense that will get us plenty of baskets. The Panthers offense reminds me of when we play Air Force; wasting 30 seconds off the clock then nailing a three. But, UNLV will dictate the speed of play tomorrow. UNI cant afford to play so slow when we get the early lead. We'll throw them off their game when we start running. They dont call us the Runnin' Rebels for nothing. How does UNI fare against other quick paced teams?

LOL yeah I saw that. When he was on Sportcenter filling out the bracket, he also forgot the "r" in Syracuse.

hmmm....no I don't think so. Look again.

Looks like he picked GT, then crossed them out and picked OKState, then crossed that out and switched back to picking GT. Nothing to do w/ spelling

This is weird though, as it doesn't look the same as the one he filled out they showed by video on ESPN. Same picks, different writing.

Perhaps he filled out one on his own. (like a first draft type thing),
then ESPN just had him fill out another one on camera. *shrug*

I couldn't care less what he, or any other politician, (or any non-politician for that matter) guesses as far as sports outcomes.

Obama thinks that Iowa is a town full of "typical white people" he also thinks that midwesterners are bitter people that "cling to their guns and religion."

His words not mine.

I seriously doubt he is a fan.

Iowa gave him the election so he is being "political"
