  • Why Wayne and ISU should be worried

-This game will be on ESPN2, last year the games when UNI played on ESPN Ben averaged just under 30ppg

-Crawford had 5 threes against them last year.

-Coleman is bigger, stronger, and better, and is a force to be reckoned with.

-Grant is blocking shots all over the place, and has gotten rather huge himself

-Brooks is like the Brooks of old again.

-Mac is an incredible coach and will have the Panthers ready to play.

-T. Brown is starting to catch up to the speed of college ball

-J Litt is just a damn great player and the best 6th man in the MVC and one of the best in the NCAA

I cannot wait till Tuesday night. Its like an early christmas present.
Well, those are my thoughts, what are yours?

Umm... I dont think its on ESPN2

EJ... hate to break it to you but this game is not on ESPN2. Unless something has changed today? Don't get me wrong, I hope you are right but I dont think you are in this case.

This is the ACC/Big10 Challenge week and I'm pretty sure ESPN isn't pre-empting that event for ISU/UNI... as much as I'd love it.

Looks like folks like me will just have to order game plan for the night... which is fine.

Dishnetwork will not let me order the package for one night. I would have to order the entire season I will be online listening!

I know not everyone lives in Iowa, but I'm sure local channels are picking up the ESPN Plus feed...right?

KCRG in Eastern Iowa. It is on the Cyclone TV Network. I assume that Central and Western Iowa would have no problem getting it and probably eastern parts of Nebraska, Souther Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin and Illinois.

Not so fast ejac they clearly have the Panthers out numbered on the very important "headband quotient"...gonna be hard for the Panthers to overcome that vital statistic.

Does anyone else think they oughta just give Morgan a mic and let him emcee while "Team AND1" is on offense...put him to some good use during the game. He'd need to be careful about droppin' the f bomb however.

In all seriousness I think UNI's discipline on both ends of the floor will be the difference in this one. I've only been able to watch the game in Des Moines live and in person, but I think Mac will loosen the reins a little bit on offense and we are going to see some set plays that will create shots that we haven't run yet. Benny is long overdue for even an average night for him. UNI is the more experienced, talented team and I'll be disappointed if they don't walk out of Hilton with a "w". This is a game we should win if we shoot the ball and maintain composure.

                Keys to this game:

Handle the zone press and 1/2 court zone defense.
Hit open threes...because they're going to be available
                Limit ISU's transition offense
Win the game on the boards
Make Free Throws and keep ISU OFF the FT line

Sorry I looked on ESPN and it just says GamePlan, but on the UNIPanthers.com page it said Plus that was my first resource. My bad if I got people excited. But also if its on game plan you can order game plan via internet for $15.00 per day.

No he's not, you forgot all the "f bombs" he dropped last year. No way Maccy D would ever say something like that, he'd probably just say "shucky darn."
