We know that Mitchell and Tuttle are legitimate top tier Valley players so the fact that guys like Friedman have come in and are bodying him up well on D is fantastic. I can't fill In the details as to who did what and stuff but sounds like Friedman has the body to compete right away.

Friedman is already big. Has the frame to add more. Also has good post moves. I assume we offered based on summer camps because ankenys style don't really showcase anyone. Was awful from the stripe but I seem to remember him have pretty good shooting form. Hopefully he hits the gym and shoots free throws instead of sharkeys, but who could blame him am I right?

Just spoke to someone who was at this breakfast, and he said they had a fantastic turnout!! Sounds like we've got a great group of men on this team again... excited for the season to start.

The breakfast was great! Hope it continues yearly. It was announced there are only 50 season ticket seats remaining (chair backs). I sure hope people get in those seats! If you can't go, give them to someone who can. Fill the McLeod!

Carson Tigges was at practice today and basically said that Friedman looked like our best player with his play on both offense and defense. Friedman, singleton, buss, martino and Morrison beat Mitchell, Tuttle, Bohannon, Washpun and Rank (or I guess you could call our "starters") 29-26 on a last second 3 by Martino.

Coach Jake mentioned this at the breakfast - all the points were scored with a 15 minute running clock! We will see a different team this year!!

That's great to hear about season tickets, but unfortunately we all know a big chunk of seats sit empty every game because of corporate seats. I hope this changes though!

Yup... I've heard the bball team is really getting out there in the community and student body. Great to hear.
