    Is UNI in the Top 150 Nationally?

    Do you think that UNI has a top 150 program in the nation?

    Collegehoopsnet.com is previewing their top 144 teams of 2004 right now on their website. Will UNI be ranked? Does UNI have a good enough name and product to be considered a top 150 program? I do, but will they think so?

    I think they only had SMS 134 on their list and I think SMS will be ranked ahead of UNI this year in the pre-season rankings. So...I'm going to guess (surprise, surprise) that the national media has once again looked over a quality program for any recognition. It's sad really that these guys get paid to write these basketball reports as so-called "experts".

      I definitely believe that UNI has a top 150 program in the nation. In fact, that's a no-brainer.

            Valpo had an awesome, and I mean awesome recruiting class last year. They should be pretty tough.

              yes, the did have a great recruiting class....but for some reason i have something against the D1 private schools.....Stanford, Duke, Valpo, Oral Roberts, Bradley, etc. .... i'm just a public school kind of guy ya know?

                I'm the same way, with the exception of Duke. I am just a huge Coach K fan. He knows the game and is one of the greatest coaches of all time. You may not like the school and the tradition, but you can't argue that Coach K is all class and a great coach.
