    in my opinion, this game showed how valuable jacobson is, even when he's not the points leader. in the middle of the second half, he really seemed to put the team on his back and make plays late in the shot clock.

    i think we just need to take games one day at a time and not worry about what creighton and the other teams are doing. my biggest worry for the rest of the season is fatigue, our starting boys logged a lot of minutes last night.

      Sounds like Coach Sam was doing a little scouting for Iowa. Also, he still has contacts in Springfield, MO, could he have been doing a little advance scouting for the Bears last night as well? Things that make you go...hmmmm...
