Bucknell ticket problem

I got my tickets in the mail yesterday that we had ordered on Friday and noticed last night that they were tickets to the MSU game! I have never ordered reserved tickets before and never ordered over the phone before so I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem? Is the ticket office good about making good on these mistakes? We were really disappointed last night because we assume we won't get as good of seats now as we thought we were getting.

Just checked my tickets and they are for the right day. That sucks man... I will say that all of my experiences with the ATO have been great. There was a minor mix-up with my NC tickets and they made up for it on the fly down in Chattanooga, so I would expect the same treatment for you.

Call them as early as you can this AM and hopefully they can work something out for you.

We spoke to the supervisor this morning and she is going to try to make sure we get as close to our original seats as possible. Thanks for the advice!

I just went to pick mine up (ordered over the phone earlier this week) and they'd LOST the damn things!!! The girls working at the ticket office were great, however, and reprinted them. They think they either got mailed, or were lost in with other tickets somewhere.

I had the same thing happen to me..I went to the ticket office and bought the family fun pack. I got home and looked at the tickets and they were to the MSU game. The ticket office had no problem exchanging the GA tix for me.

Ticket office is great. We had friends that accidently threw away their whole football season ticket package. Went to the ticket office and they reprinted the whole package for them. Now if they could just get more than 1 really, really slow worker in that office before games, the lines wouldn't be so terribly long!
