    CBS Sportsline Mag

    Just flipped through the CBS magazine at Hy-Vee to see what their "experts" had to say. Not being completely precise as I didn't buy it, not worth my hard earned money but here is what I recall:

    They had Southern and Wichita in their top 25, Creighton just outside and Mo State at like 41. All four of those making thier tournament projection. They had THE Ohio State University as National Champ predicted (Georgetown in the Final Four also).

    UNI is picked in the middle of the Valley with Stout First Team and Coleman Second Team picks. Newcomer of the Year as Egleseder. Nothing to be surprised with there.

    But my absolute favorite part: They mentioned that UNI would need to get some contributions from "Junior College Transfer" Carlton Reed for some scoring. Priceless. Someone needs to relay the message down I-380 that they have been downgraded.

          Blue Ribbon is the only one worth buying, IMO. It has detailed descriptions of each team (a page or two for each team). Tons of accurate info. That's the gold standard, IMO.
          The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth.             Speaking of....I got my Blue Ribbon preview a little more than a week ago, and they have UNI ranked fifth in the MVC. Creighton is in their Top 20. We are rated as having the second strongest frontcourt in the league.

            I think Blue Ribbon is the best as well, but I don't know if they are as good as they used to be. For some reason, I don't feel it's as well written in the team write-ups as it used to be.

                    Hey Sex Panther, good to see ya back on here. I wish i could afford a blue ribbon magazine, but alas i guess not.
                    Oh, and let me make this perfectly clear to you people: you go to UNI, NOT IOWA. The Hawkeyes and their fans do not give a crap if you remain "true to them" or some stupid self-fulfulling bullcrap like that.-OTP
