UMKC was up on Arkansas at half tonight, before getting beat on the road by Arkansas. Arkansas is VERY good this year. Already knocked off SIU and West Virginia. Don't overlook this UMKC team...they are pretty talented. Their starting PG/SG is Quinton Day, a transfer from USC, and they have another forward who is a transfer from Creighton.

The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory. -
I have 4 tix for sale for the UMKC game this Saturday night. Section 105 and I'd just charge face value. They are great seats."10% of life is what happens to you, 90% is how you react to what happens." -
I have one extra ticket for the game. "FREE" Just pm me if interested.

Lots of good memories for SP the last time we played the 'Roos in KC, none of which will be spoken about in detail in a public forum.
Details of that night are a little cloudy as usual, but my favorite piece of 'Roos trivia is this - Their school song is set to the same tune as South Park's "Uncle F%&#a" I believe.....or so it seemed to me that night....by Odeon. It's illegal in nine countries. Yep, it's made with bits of real panther. So you know it's good."
