Anybody want to take a guest who voted UNI #25?

    Dana Altman, Creighton
    Pat Flannery, Bucknell
    Tim Floyd, Southern California
    Rich Zvosec, Missouri-Kansas City

These are the mostly likely coaches. Least likely:

    Gary Williams, Maryland

I'd guess Flannery. Everyone beats UMKC by 20-30, so I doubt Zvosec was impressed.

The only thing is, if it was Bucknell's coach don't you think we would have been receiving his vote earlier then this week?

I doubt Timmy Floyd was voting for us...I like the guy, and he did a great job at ISU, good attempt at Chitown, but He has enough issues losing to Kansas and such...although I'd love to play against USC in any sport...BRING EM ON!

We're also receving 5 votes now in the AP poll. Only 120 more to go and we'll be top 25, haha.

That's weird, the AP poll I saw early didn't list us. Glad to know that was a mistake.

True but I think Rob probably looked at the ESPN website for the AP & ESPN polls. ESPN.com only listed teams getting 7 or more votes for some reason this week in the AP poll.

We;re getting 5 votes in one & 1 in the other.

Actually Griff I think that the UMKC coach was standing right in front of the curtains watching the game since there wasn't a way to watch the game from the locker room is my guess. So I think that he was able to watch the whole game.
Coach Whisenhunt 1/18/09. "There was never any complaints about not being named the starter, all he wanted was an opportunity and he took advantage of it. Kurt is probably one of the greatest individuals you'll ever meet. Kurt worked hard on a lot of things that a lot of times older quarterbacks aren't willing to do. That's a credit to his humility and his competitive drive, and the reason that we are here today in great part is what Kurt Warner has done for us."
