Game 25 - Feb 8 - Illinois St.

Illinois St. is in town today. They have been playing well lately and we barely scratched by them last time we played after a heroic effort from Trey and a last second lay up from Tytan.

Chase Walker is a load and Kinziger is a great shooter/playmaker on the perimeter. I’m hopeful that the defense has improved dramatically since the last matchup.

yeah, but i always just watch on plus since whatever game for 8th place in the American conference is on beforehand is guaranteed to go 45 minutes over schedule.

Going to need an energetic effort to start this game off today. ISU's schedule is pretty wild. They've lost or won most of their games by single digits this season. Hopefully some hot tub magic does work tonight!

Much better energy to close the half. We have got to come out swinging in the 2nd though. Cannot let a repeat of the start of this game happen.

Much better last 10 minutes. Good effort, energy and execution to get some easy looks inside.

Minor gripe: We might need to stop trying the 2 for 1 at the end of halves. This kind goes back to our personnel. You have to have a dude you are confident can hit a shot with a hand in their face. Just feels like we always punt that first possession with a horrible shot.
