    It's Time...Tonight

Pack the Mac! This team needs to see how much we have confidence in them...they need our support! A win tonight would give UNI a share of the mythical state championship...and more importantly, a win in-conference. Weather the cold out side, it's warm in 'The Mac'. Students: be loud, be obnoxious, and be proud (and Stay Classy San Diego!) . Chairbackers: Stand up when the Cats need a defensive stop. And Stand up if the Cats are on a roll. This team, if have the opportunity to do so, needs to deliver the knockout punch that some on here (and the airwaves) have stated that they haven't seen in a long time from this team. You, the fan, can help deliver that. Go Panthers! See you at the Mac tonight!
The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.

I just hope we can blow these guys out of the water! I want to beat these guys by 30 and show the Valley that we are back! We need to win tonight and Saturday to show that we are not rolling over and dying! Meanwhile that win over Iowa is gonna help our RPI, the hawks are hitting their stride right now! Good to see two programs in the state of Iowa doing well! Bummer about ISU, but they should get back someday we hope!

I don't think even if we beat Drake by 50+ we could show too many teams in the Valley we're back...Drake is in last place you know. But I do agree, beat em by a lot, beat em up and lets get back on track!

We haven't put anyone away this year. If we could do it tonight, it would not only give players a chance to rest a bit, but would get some confidence back. That is what this team needs most.

I think we need 20 D1 wins to dance. That means these two home games (that's 17 D1 wins) plus 3 more. Where do we get those? Bradley is certainly a possibility but they will be favored in that game. If we can do that, we need two more wins in St Louis. I don't see us getting in with 19 D1 wins. Let's get on track tonight.
If computers ruled college basketball the way they do football, we'd have skipped all this March Madness monotony and just waited a month for the Kansas-Kentucky title game. And watched Northern Iowa play Cornell in the Poulan Weedeater Bowl. ~ Dwight Perry The Seattle Times
