After you "buy it", do you need to log in to the service? I signed up last year, so don;t remember.

its like a continuing circuit...buy home feed, review order, purchase...says you can access it mobile by going to such and such addy...if u click on it (log in and such)..nothing comes up..no events or anything..refers you back to buy home feed...again and again and again. same if u go to bigsky.org

FYI...SDSU and the Fightin' Pelini's tied at 14 with 3:30 left in the 1st qtr. jackrabbits inside the 10 yd line.

I restarted my laptop, opened google chorme, logged in and finally saw the Big Sky all access pass button. Now working.

That was my issue with Firefox and Safari on Mac, even if I cleared the cache, shut down and even restart. That was for both links. Same for iPad on the mobile site.

Finally got it working with Chrome. BTW, the demo worked in all browsers on the mac.

I went to the Northern Colorado football site and accessed BigSky TV which takes you back to the same americasportsone.com site.

I was able to get the list of games up and select the UNI-UNC game, but it won't show the video. It shows the "infinite HD" logo as though it's loading the video, but that's it.

I contacted support and they responded within 5 min. They had to add the feed to my account and I had to log off and back on. Then it was under my account.
