Need Help

    Need Help

    For one of my classes I need to find a printed arguement (could be from anywhere, newspaper, magazine, blog, etc) that I think isn't very sound and critique it. The arguement could either be based on a false premise, or the premises dont support the conclusion.

    I was hoping to do a sports related arguement, and specifically and MVC related arguement if I could find one. Do any of you know of any published articles that are anti-UNI or anti-MVC that are blatently wrong? If so, I could use your help.

        Valley Talk, any of the CAA is teh bestest threads on AGS, any bracketbuster/RPI thing written on the Siena board....heck that "Siena got screwed with UNI blog on sienasportsblog.com.

              The Billy Packer / Jim Nantz meltdown should be considered one of the greatest basketball embarrassments of CBS Sports. When their emotion overtook their objectivity (which is is debatable whether Packer had any to begin with) it was a broadcast tragedy. It was totally inappropriate.

                I sort of remember that. But does anybody have any audio or quotes from that? I would like to hear them.

                              I didnt attack creationism directly, I just attacked a perticular arguement made by a Creationist scholar in which he "proves" the existance of a divine Creator by "disproving" the theory of Evolution. I simply said whether this arguement against evolution is true or not it doesnt matter, even if evolution was totally disproven it doesnt prove the existance of a Divine Creator. Its a false dichotomy.

                              I attacked the structure of the arguement, not the arguement itself. Besides, I dont have to defend it openly in class, I just had to write a paper.
