Your posts are setting records for ignorance here. Initially, you said he looked right at the cameras while everyone else hustled back. Clearly, that was a load of crap, as the video shows. You said "Yep I saw it" in direct response to that play, and now you are suggesting it was a reference to other plays. Give me a break.

Now, you are actually suggesting that in the split second between the time he hit his head and landed, he thought to draw attention to himself by grabbing his head? Do you have any idea how much momentum an athlete like that has when he jumps? I think it might have stung for a second or two.

Bottom line: If you have enough talent, people will find a way to pick you apart no matter what. The guy pauses for a half second after a huge dunk, and all of the sudden he is "very, very, very cocky"

Point is . . . it's about perception. I think Blake Griffin is cocky. I see arrogance hiding behind his quiet, composed demeanor. You don't. Big deal.

Bump to an old thread here.

Extremely early, but this kid looks phenomenal in his NBA debut tonight. 13 points and 5 boards less than halfway through the 2nd quarter.

A couple of highlight dunks, and a nice jumper showing his range. If he wasn't playing for the Clippers, I'd be ready to put this guy in the HOF.
