Mock NCAA Selection Process

    Mock NCAA Selection Process

    Was held this week. UNI was seeded 30th overall and got an 8 seed, matched up with Florida St with Kansas looming next. Highest RPI left out was Cal at #25. Looks like they had Wichita as the MVC winner. UNI was given an at large.

    In the scenario they gave the mock committee, UNI lost in the quarterfinals of the MVC tournament.

        I agree, I was thinking 8 was crazy at first - but if we can't even make it to the semis of the MVC tourney, that would be about right.
        To avoid confusion - my username is baseball (Cy Young award) related, NOT for the Cyclones.
