OK...once again, we all want to see two more UNI victories in St. Louis, anything new on this trip you all want to see? I've got a few standards and I think I will add a few new ones as well.
10. The Hacienda - best Mexican food around and a great atmosphere. The 2317 family will be dining there on Thursday evening when they get to town! Here's a link: www.hacienda-stl.com For those who use a GPS, here's an address:
9748 Manchester Road
Saint Louis, MO 63119-1347
(314) 962-7100
9. Fitz's in the Delmar Loop - great burgers and sodas. My oldest daughter had us bring home some Root Beer and Grape soda from the Valley Tournament and we'll be stopping again to bring home some Fitz's Root Beer. They brew it right on site and you can watch it being bottled.

6605 Delmar Boulevard
St Louis

8. Ted Drewes Frozen Custard -Have a "Concrete". I'm firmly convinced DQ stole this item and renamed it the Blizzard. Well, it's better here. Here's a weblink: http://www.teddrewes.com/Drewes.asp Here's the address:
Ted Drewes Frozen Custard
6726 Chippewa
St. Louis, MO 63109
7. I hope we witness a sea of Purple and Gold in St. Louis. Calling all Valley, Hawkeye and Cyclone fans who want to join the bandwagon...there's still plenty of room! Visit www.panthersupply.com, buy a shirt and get to St. Louis next weekend!
6. Plenty of things to do on Saturday (the off day) - hoping that it's warm enough for the St. Louis Zoo/Forest Park. http://www.stlzoo.org/ Much of what the Zoo has to offer is FREE! Very cool for kids.
5. St. Louis Science Center - great exhibits and an Omnimax Theater just off Hwy 40 a few miles from downtown. http://www.slsc.org/default.aspx
4. Galleria Mall - Many wives will come along for the trip and mine likes to visit this mall during the non-basketball times of the weekend. http://www.saintlouisgalleria.com/
3. Hopefully this will be a lot like Chattanooga a few years ago...a UNI reunion! We saw so many UNI friends we hadn't seen in a long time. It would be such a great time to see former UNI players, team managers, cheer leaders, band members, and of course classmates and roommates pull out their purple and gold and venture to St. Louis. I also know we'll get the chance to spend time with our close friends from Missouri State. Good times.
2. Trader Joe's - great deals and healthy food choices at this grocery store. We hit it on our way home from Arch Madness and we'll do it again!
1. IMO's Pizza - didn't get any during Arch Madness...we might need to make sure we have some this time though St. Louis.
I'd love to hear of your favorite stops!
