I was at the UNI/Iowa game at Carver and the introductions were completely different than we currently have at UNI. The players were introduced very similar to many High School games, alternating between teams and each player meeting his counterpart at center court for a hand slap.

Reminds me of a ridiculous conversation I had with some friends...one was mistakenly thinking the floor we purchased was from the KU game and wanted a crime scene chalk outline of the dude crying on the floor. Then we thought maybe a big cardboard cutout of Morris bawling on the floor would be a nice addition to the big heads.

Same music....Like I said earlier, I think the Bulls music lowers the energy that is built during the intro video.

It's all just opinions.

Considering the Bulls music is pretty much the gold standard for all stadium introductions, I don't see how you could argue that it deflates the proceedings, but to each his own.

There is no team on the planet that does a better job with pre-game and pre-game introductions than the Bulls. If you've never had a chance to see a Bulls game at the UC, it's worth the price of admittance just for the pregame alone. They start about 4 minutes before lineups with "Chicago - My Kind of Town", then do a fantastic montage of great Bulls through the years, a faster montage to kick off intros, then the visitor and home introductions, and it is timed out to the second. It's really fantastic - much better than what you see on TV.

Growing up, I'd watch the Bulls intros and then change the channel. It's damn good stuff.

i vote "Love Spreads" by the Stone Roses. The song goes perfect with Lucas O'Rear. Could have a video of him on a Harley, eating baby seal jerky and owning Seth Van Deest then standing over him, taunting him, like the purse-carrying-fanny-pack-wearing sally that he is.

I got to see the Bulls intro in person Michael Jordan's last year. Nothing like it.
