Up Next: Northern Colorado

I have not been impressed with Tuttle so far. Especially defensively, he just looks slow footed. We need him to be able to play big minutes w/o the foul trouble due to our lack of size.
I've already conceded that this season is going to be frustrating at times with all the youngsters and guard oriented roster, so I am happy with any early season wins.
Keep working Cats!

I still have to go with Johnny, he just does it all. Plus he is knocking down shots this year!

Johnny was a man possessed last night. Unbelievable hustle and heart.

Agreed. I rarely leave any basketball game thinking, "Wow, somebody really just laid it all out on the floor tonight and "wowed" me" - he had some moments, especially in the first half, that just floored me and got me out of my seat. The save while tumbling into the scorers table, then hustling down to the baseline to play D and get the turnover is something that doesn't show up on the stat sheet but makes him one of my favorite players. Viva Johnny!

If UNI wants to put together a highlight DVD showing what Panther BB is all about, simply play the 20 second clip of Johnny's hustle play in that 1st half! Five years and I finally hit 100 posts.

Syndergard is walking on to the football team as a D. Back. He has been working out with Jed on the weights as a redshirt frosh. this fall.
