Hacksaw is a PN poster and does a great job putting these spreadsheets together. I look forward to it every year.

Thanks Kyle. I look forward to putting these together every year too. The new probabilities with 15 games remaining is posted: http://www.mvcfans.com/wp/
We still have a decent chance to grab that 3-seed, especially if we win the home games.

We gave the Illinois State Penal Squad a huge boost with that head scratcher at Drake. Ugh.

Not sure whether to post it in here or not, but I contacted one of the individuals in the league office about this year's seating chart. This is what was sent back:

Interesting. I have tickets to the NCAA 2nd and 3rd rounds in St. Louis and my seats are in the same section as UNI for the MVC tournament.

What program do you use to come up with these percentages? You can't do all that on excel, can you?

                    Re: Arch Madness probability chart

A little bit of further analysis into our possible seed and opening opponent for Arch Madness is below. It appears we will most likely be playing a red or maroon team (most likely SIU - 36.6%, ISU-Red - 33.1%, MSU 28.8%) and we have a 71.3% chance of being on the Indiana State side of the bracket as well. I'll plan to update this tomorrow too.

This is what I've been waiting for. Do you have the spreadsheet available where you pick your 10 winners for the next 10 games and the seeds will be layed out?

I believe with the Bradley loss tonight we cannot play on Thursday in STL, correct?

I didn't put out the online spreadsheet this year, forgot about it - my apologies. Nonetheless, I will have the 32 games color-coded cheat sheet tomorrow night after the games. Bradley's loss did indeed lock us into a Friday game. In fact, the Thursday games are now set, 8/9 Drake will play 8/9 Evansville at 6pm and 7-Bradley will play 10-Loyola at 8:30pm.

So...we can insure not seeing WSU until the CG if we lose out because we'd get the 6 seed?

What an odd position to be in where winning could actually "hurt" us.
