We're inconsistent, that means we win this one by 20+ points, right?

        Yup.

Probably shoot 60% tonight and have 6 turnovers.

To the coaches...control the damn tempo. Don't get in to a track meet with a team that can outrun you. Now, maybe a fast pace is exactly the way to play Wash. St., don't know anything about them. It wasn't the way to play either Iowa St. or Hawaii.

Some of this is redundant from my post a few minutes ago in the Hawaii thread, but all is not lost, the year isn't a failure, etc. Grab a win and come home to work on whatever is needed to prep for the conference.

By my calculation the ISU game was a 70 possession game and the Hawaii game was a 66 possession game. KenPom has UNI averaging 66.1 possessions a game so I don't think either one was outside their norm. Also, the way Hawaii was playing defense trying to get a few points early in the shot clock was a better plan. Try to get a shot before Hawaii starts mugging you especially when Wyatt was running the point since he had a tough time with their defense.

If we can take the next 2, it was a decent non con.

BYU 88 New Mexico 64 4:16 2nd half. Either one will lick their chops to play us.

Ha! Front line at C and PF/ backup point guard issues. We might escape by 4 tops. We have four players and five others still trying to figure it out.

As it always does and as it did last night, 100% of this is going to come down to the coaches anyway. Any other discussion is academic.

Ban, a minor miracle for us to make the Big Dance now. We have to hope the L column says 12 or less on Selection Sunday for the NIT.

Or, win the conference tournament. There's always that option in basketball.

Oh please. The shockers are ten deep even without Grady and Shamet.
