Props brooks. He was a man on a mission. Very nice to see him take over a game! Let's beat those sQuawkeyes! -
By far his best game EVER as a Panther. Very impressive to see it against some athletic guards. I hope we see more of this.Comment

I'd say his success had a lot to do with Coleman having his way inside. I think ISU decided to try and partially contain Coleman and take their chances with Brooksie boy. The problem is that we just don't have the players this year to hang inside, even when we double team.Comment

Great game!GO PANTHERS!Comment

And the stats still don't tell the story. Brooks willed this team to the win. He controlled the entire game. Incredible.TH1974: This guy was all-UNI, and wanted to show it by pretending to play a non-existant musical instrument in public.Comment

What did Buddy Ryan say about Cris Carter when he cut him..."all he does is catch touchdowns".
All Brooks has done at UNI is win. Would you rather have a Curtis Stinson and a .500 season or Brooks and a 20 win season?
One looks good on the highlights, the other looks good on the scoreboard.Winning is more fun than losing.Comment

Give the kid some credit. Brooks carried this team tonight.Comment

I wouldn't want anyone else controlling the game out top.TH1974: This guy was all-UNI, and wanted to show it by pretending to play a non-existant musical instrument in public.Comment

Brooks played a great game tonight. Congrats to him and the team. I just hope he stays consistant. I don't mean socring 27 points per night. I mean making good plays, limiting turnovers, and making smart decisions with the basketball. If he can do that, we will have nothing to worry about at the PG position."If you want to bet against this UNI football team, go ahead. But, I'd be very careful."

Brooks is flat out a better player this year...I can't believe I want him at point! No doubt, he won this game for usComment

It was so much fun watching Brooks HAVING FUN out there tonight. The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice, clouds and thick darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Fire goes before Him, and consumes his foes on every side; His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles; the mountains melt like wax before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim His righteousness and all peoples will see His glory.Comment

Awesome Game Brooks!!!!!!

If this is the case with containing Coleman, we certainly could see more of this out of Brooksie. I think a lot of people are either going to try to front coleman with backside help or straight up double him... either way there could be opportunities for Brooks to put up points and assists...Originally posted by wonkadog View PostComment
