  • 3-point line - Where do WE want it be?

The normal question is: Is moving the 3-point line back good for college basketball?
But here, I'm asking: In the coming years, what 3-point line distance is good for UNI basketball?
    And why?

I love the inside out balance of college basketball right now. And it isn't like other teams haven't been focused on the 3 before. Illinois went all the way to the National Championship game in 2005 by shooting 3's like crazy. Is there a campaign starting to "Save the Power Forward"?

The 3 ball previously was the great equalizer for many of these mid-major teams without great post play. However, a team like Villanova exposed a massive weakness this year by shooting the 3 ball like never before. UNI has consistently developed great post players over the last 15 years. I am all for the NBA 3 point line in the college game.

Back it up to FIBA. Good shooters in 2018 can back up. Creates more space. More flow. Better basketball
